Outcam is a community innovation which has been developed by Sinéad Walsh evolving from evidence based experiences in community photo and documentary production on behalf of persons with disabilities

The Outcam photo measurement tools also informed by her work in the area of health and safety site assessment with Irish Rail and also in advocacy work with Irish HSE in the area of community care assessment.

Sinéad a Trinity College graduate has fifteen years’ experience working with children and adults with disabilities as a teacher and disability rights activist for persons with disabilities and socially disadvantaged backgrounds.

The Outcam project welcomes engagement with international partners for the development of robust global system with international applications for the developed and developing worlds.
